*Applicable charges are based on use of facilities during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  Facilities may be used outside of regular business hours with the approval of the Executive Director.  Use of facilities outside of regular business hours will be subject to a 50% surcharge for staff costs.

**First hour charges, where applicable, include staff costs for initiating and terminating of videoconference connections.

***Additional charges include staff time at $25/hour for locating video rooms and making telecommunication arrangements at remote locations outside of the CMS Network.
