Web 2.0 Resources
What is Web 2.0? It's a term that has been cast about with increasing frequency over the past year or so. According to Wikipedia, Web 2.0 refers:
"...to a supposed second-generation of Internet-based services that let people collaborate and share information online in perceived new ways - such as social networking sites, wikis, communication tools, and folksonomies."
So what does this mean for Infopeople? Social networking services, including podcasting, blogs, and wikis, allow us to reach out to new audiences, and better communicate new plans and ideas to the California library community. On this page you will find links to our implementations of "Web 2.0." Enjoy!
