Laura Cadra

Laura Cadra has answered many legal reference questions in her 16 years as a law librarian. She has worked as a reference librarian at U.S.C. and U.C.L.A. Law School libraries as well as at the Los Angeles County Law Library, one of the largest public law libraries in the United States. Currently she is Head of Reference Services/Foreign & International Law Librarian at Loyola Law Library in Los Angeles, where she teaches classes in beginning and advanced legal research.

Laura holds a J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of Law and an M.L.I.S. from U.C. Berkeley. She is past president of the Southern California Association of Law Libraries (SCALL) and has authored several chapters on California legal research. She greatly enjoys working with other information professionals and previously taught the Law on the 'Net workshop for Infopeople from 2000 to 2004.

Laura has taught 10 classes from 1999 through 2004.
