Nancy Bolt
Nancy Bolt was Colorado State Librarian for 18 years. Prior to becoming State Librarian and since leaving that position, she has managed her own consulting firm, now Nancy Bolt & Associates. She made her own leap from staff to management many years ago and has, through the years, coached many of her own and other staff to make this career move. She has conducted many workshops, one of which, "Improving Your Effectiveness at Work," looks at management skills and techniques to increase the support of the library and the librarian in the work environment.
Nancy has taught 7 classes from 2007 through 2008.
