Have you been creating disp lays during the pandemic... and if so\, how are th ey different?\n \n This course will provide you wi th tips\, techniques\, and inspiration that will h elp you to create library displays that delight.\n \n In this class you will:\n \n \n Learn the lan guage of designers\n Explore examples of fantasti c library displays\n Realize how to achieve the & ldquo\;wow!&rdquo\; factor with library displays\n Plan a library display\, from idea to implementa tion\n Evaluate library displays\n \n \n Join art ist and course instructor Valerie Colston (who has taught display techniques to librarians through h er &ldquo\;Graphic Design for Librarians&rdquo\; c ourses and &ldquo\;Creating Displays for Librarian s&rdquo\; workshops) and get ready to learn to cre ate fabulous displays!\n \n \n Course Description: This two-week course will provide readings\, reso urces\, examples\, and an online meeting. You will plan a display and if possible\, actually create the display\, too.
