Sandra Smith is the Manager of Staff Learning and Development at Denver Public Library. Her passion is employee workplace development, satisfaction and success, and to this she brings 36 years of library experience as a trainer, coach, project manager, librarian and uber learner and problem-solver. She received her MLIS from the University of Michigan and is also a graduate of MSEC's Organizational Development and Trainer Programs.   She regularly speaks to groups and individuals about professional development and has initiated many staff learning programs at DPL and Hennepin County Libraries.
