Downloading Handouts (and Viewers) Prior to a Webcast
Our presenters usually provide a copy of their PowerPoint (.ppt) presentation as well as other handouts in Word (.doc) or Acrobat Reader (.pdf) format. Having them downloaded to your computer or printed out prior to the webcast is often helpful in following along during the webcast. Free viewers are available for all 3 formats:
- PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint) - to view files with the .ppt extension you must have Microsoft PowerPoint or a free MS PowerPoint Viewer (look for: PowerPoint viewer)
- DOC (Microsoft Word) - to view files with the .doc extension you must have Microsoft Word or a free Microsoft Word Viewer (look for: Word Viewer)
- PDF (Adobe Acrobat) - to view files with the .pdf extension you need Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

We highly recommend you click the Wizard button below to see if your computer has all the software and hardware required for participating in a webcast.
Note: Running the wizard is designed simply to insure that you have the technical requirements necessary for connecting to the live webcast. It does not constitute a form of registration.
