Vendor product recommendation policy

Infopeople has a well-established policy for presenters regarding vendor products and services. Simply, presenters may not recommend a particular product or service. Rather, they are required to give an overview of several options and allow audience members to make their own decisions based on their particular circumstances. This same policy also applies to vendors in the audience of an Infopeople webinar. If vendors attending an Infopeople webinar begin to promote their products/services, one of our Producers will begin a private chat with them and indicate they are in violation of Infopeople policy, and to refrain from continuing. If they continue to post promotional information, we reserve the right to remove them from the presentation.

Refund policy

If you cancel more than five (5) days in advance you will either not be billed or if you paid by credit card you will get a full refund within 10 days of notifying Infopeople that you are cancelling. If you need to cancel less than five (5) days prior to an on-ground workshop or the start date of an online course you are responsible for paying the full training event fee. If you cannot attend an on-ground or online event, you may send a substitute in your place by contacting [email protected].

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your registration for an event, log in to the Infopeople website and go to http://infopeople.org/training/cancel-request and complete the information on that page and submit the form. An Infopeople team member will contact you to make refund arrangements. PLEASE NOTE: If you need to cancel less than five (5) days prior to the launch of a course you are responsible for paying the course fee.

Privacy policy

In order to protect the privacy of those who attend Infopeople training, Infopeople will not post to the web, release to individuals, or otherwise make public the registration lists for Infopeople workshops. Training participants who wish to stay in contact with other training participants are therefore advised to collect names and contact information in person at the time of the training. For more complete information regarding Infopeople's privacy policy see: https://infopeople.org/privacy.

Credit Cards

Any credit card information you provide to purchase goods or services is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") at Level 1. PCI DSS is the bank industry's most stringent security standard. For more information, see our provider's information at http://home.iatspayments.com/privacy-policy.
