Q: Is it possible to rollover funds to another fiscal year once they are deposited?
A: Yes, your funds are your funds and can be used until they are exhausted. Money deposited in one year and not used can be rolled over to the next year.
Q: Is there a form I can use if I want library staff to apply before they are enrolled in a course?
A: Yes. Once we set up your deposit account, we will give you a link to a customized form that you can share with your learners.
Q: How many people can I register at one time?
A: You can register up to 10 people at one time for a course.
Q: Do I have to register for the course myself if I am registering others?
A: No. In fact most of our organization admins don't take classes. Just select "I will not attend but I will register colleagues" when you start signing people up for a course.
Q: What information do I need for each person before I register them?
A: First name, last name, email address, phone, address, city, state, zip code, name of library or organization, and type of library or organization.
Q: I would like to promote Infopeople courses before they are open for registration. How can I know what courses will be offered in the future?
A: You can check our planned training calendar which will give you a snapshot view of the year, and you can also sign up for the Infopeople training announcement list.
