Chikarlo Leak is currently a fifth year doctoral student in the Doctor of Public Health program at UCLA School of Public Health. Broadly, his research interests include examining the social and physical environmental factors that contribute obesity, physical activity promotion and local public health system partnerships influence on health outcomes. He has spent the past 4 years as the Data Collection Coordinator on the UCLA WORKING Project, a NIH-funded worksite wellness intervention designed to increase the physical activity policies and practices of health and human service organizations throughout Los Angeles County.
