Anna Bauer is a Program Manager for First 5 Butte County Children and Families Commission. Anna has been working with First 5 on behalf of the children and families in Butte County since 2008, and is passionate about maternal mental health and supporting families who are struggling with mental health issues. Anna is a founding member of Mothers Strong, a maternal mental health collaborative aimed at increasing community awareness about maternal mental health, and support for families. A longtime resident of Butte County, Anna has a Bachelors Degree in Child Development and a Masters Degree in Kinesiology from CSU, Chico, which solidified her core beliefs in getting outdoors with children and encouraging families to appreciate physical activity and nature together.
