Becky Schreiber and John Shannon are skilled professionals in organization development who have served clients in private industry and government for more than 25 years. They assist organizations in re-inventing themselves to respond quickly to customer expectations and a changing marketplace. Toward that goal, they work with customers to align their entire organization to commonly held values, vision, and strategies. They help clients develop capacity to capitalize on the dynamic forces of change that are unleashed once an organization is in motion. Since involvement generates commitment, the key element is building a "critical mass" of employees committed to the change.

Their interest in supporting libraries began in 1982 when they recognized the special bond they have with library values and purpose. Since then, they have made a commitment to support the transformation of libraries from sentimental favorites to critical entities at the core of their communities. They believe libraries are cornerstones of democracy, and that current challenges to their budgets and relevance must be met with aggressive action to meet their changing environment. John and Becky devote their time to bringing business and leadership skills

John received his M.S. from the Johns Hopkins University in Applied Behavioral Sciences and his B.S. from the University of Dayton. Becky has an M.Ed. in Counseling from The American University and a B.S. from Hood College. Our pragmatic approach appeals to managers who have equal commitment to the bottom line and to maximizing the creative potential of their employees. The usual result of our efforts is a high-energy, customer-driven environment, with all levels committed to quality, cost containment and productivity.
