Kelli Ham is the Consumer Health Coordinator for the National Libraries of Medicine, Pacific Southwest Region (NN/LM PSR). Kelli helps libraries and community organizations provide quality health information services to the public. Kelli develops presentations and training materials with a focus on health literacy, new technologies for delivery of health information, and services to special populations. One of her contributions to the field is the Finding Health and Wellness @ the Library: A Consumer Health Toolkit for Library Staff, now in its second edition. Kelli created the Health e-Shows series of webinars for Infopeople and continues to cover a variety of consumer health topics for public librarians.

Whether it is guidance on setting up a consumer health library, providing training, help with collection development or health topic programming, Kelli strives to help librarians and health care professionals in their efforts to provide health information to consumers that is appropriate, accessible, and understandable. Kelli lives with her husband and a sweet old cat in Ventura County, California, taking advantage of the nearby trails for running, hiking, and biking to pursue her own healthy lifestyle.
