Lynn Hoffman, Director of Operations at the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey, is a highly experienced library leader and manager, with more than two decades of service in public libraries. She is also a management nerd who has hands-on experience leading changes big and small, including two ILS migrations, fifteen building projects, and a major reorganization to create a brand-new ALA division. Lynn wants everyone to be engaged and rewarded by their work, and knows that handling change well can be a big part of finding that satisfaction.
