Matthew McKinley, MSIS is the Metadata Harvest Programmer at the California Digital Library (CDL). He has managed and served as technical lead on various digital archives and preservation projects, both at CDL and in previous positions at UC Irvine and The University of Texas at Austin, and has presented on digital object preservation and dissemination at several national forums. As a library technologist, Matthew is passionate about exploring new modes of access and re-use for digitized and born-digital cultural heritage objects.
