Megan Shanholtz is the director of the Hampshire County Public Library in Romney, WV. As a member of the second cohort of the Library Freedom Institute, she created a public use presentation on privacy in public libraries. While working in a rural library, Megan has seen the effects of the digital divide firsthand and is striving to bring digital literacy skills and privacy awareness into her community while also acting as a privacy advocate for her library community.
