Michelle leads the Bay Area Discovery Museum's (BADM) evaluation work to support data-driven decision making around educational programming and other museum initiatives. She is also responsible for authoring original research publications and creating and leading internal and external professional development training. She has taught both at the preschool and university level, including classes on a variety of topics in child developmental psychology. She also has extensive experience working as an evaluator helping organizations study the effectiveness of a wide variety of both formal and informal educational programs for teaching and learning. Michelle holds a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University and a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
