Rance Greene helps leaders and organizations communicate their messages through story. He is the founder of needastory.com, a company dedicated to equipping leaders, presenters and designers with the skills and tools they need to tell compelling stories that connect to their audience and move them to action. He has been instrumental in transforming training and communications through storytelling for even the most dry content—compliance, risk management and competitive intelligence. His sessions are lively, interactive and practical. He also conducts master classes on Story Design and Visual Story-telling with a focus on instructional design and presentation skills.
He comes to the talent and organizational development fields with a wealth of experience in theatre, art and music. He is a playwright, a song-writer and, of course, a story designer. Rance is the 2019 President of the Dallas chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). He is also committed to raising up the next generation of leaders who are ready to lead with stories.
