Social media has changed tremendously year over year, even day after day. Algorithms are a mystery, pay for play is now the focus, and there are more social media outlets currently than ever before. Add to this, globally, more than 5 billion people use social media daily. Now, add bots and AI and it feels like the wild west.
Wondering how to cut through the chatter and create content that not only stands out but engages audiences? What about thought leadership and community connection? Can libraries really compete with all the noise and connect their target audiences in ways that feel authentic?
Guess what? It doesn’t have to be overwhelming. This course will not only walk you through how but will allow you to test and create what works best for your organization over time.
In this 4-week online course learners will:
- Build deeper audience connection through social media
- Use data to measure social media impact and creating a social media calendar to take the guesswork out of posting
- Create content using AI without sounding like a robot or losing authenticity
- Learn to manage social media crisis or audience pushback
Ready to save time posting, have a clear strategic approach to social media, stay connected to what your patrons care about most, and be the pillars in the community that libraries were created to be? Join us for this transformational course.
