Join Nora Franco, Consumer Health Librarian from the Network of the National Library of Medicine Pacific Southwest Region (NNLM PSR), to hear about resources such as MedlinePlus, SAMSHA, and NAMI, among others, to use along your mental health journey. Discover strategies to use along your mental health journey and ensure you are your own priority.

- Find mental health resources from the National Library of Medicine
- Learn about mental health resources specific to the Pacific Southwest Region
