When library staff and individuals work on bolstering personal resilience during stressful times like the pandemic, they can better serve their communities and in turn be a source of support. Join Nora Franco, Consumer Health Librarian from the Network of the National Library of Medicine Pacific Southwest Region (NNLM PSR), to hear about resources such as MedlinePlus, SAMSHA, and NAMI, among others, to use along your mental health journey. Discover strategies to use along your mental health journey and ensure you are your own priority.

At the end of this one-hour webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Discover strategies to help build and sustain positive mental health
  • Find mental health resources from the National Library of Medicine
  • Learn about mental health resources specific to the Pacific Southwest Region

This webinar will be of interest to: All types of libraries and staff; anyone interested in mental health resources.
